My Story
I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say, "because of you I didn't give up".
I set up as a Personal Trainer because of my own experience with fitness. As a mum of two I was busy juggling the demands of family life and not really thinking about my own physical wellbeing. I realised that this wasn't the path I wanted to follow and joined my local gym where I spent hours on the treadmill and cross trainer only to see no real results. When i got offered a free PT session I jumped at the chance and signed up the next day. Finally! A plan to follow, someone to motivate and encourage me, variation in my routine and, yes, results!
Over time my growing passion for fitness inspired me to retrain as a PT and I have been working in the fitness industry for 12 years. I know from personal experience how difficult it can be to balance fitness around your schedule, and that's why the most satisfying part of my job is not just seeing aesthetic changes but also seeing a change in mindset.
My aim is to help you achieve your personal goals by helping you train smart and giving you new found confidence.

1-2-1 Training focused to a healthier and fitter you
You will receive a personalised programme of exercise designed to help you achieve your goals, whether you are looking to lose weight, get stronger or become more confident in your body. These sessions will be challenging but fun from my private purpose built space.
£30 per hour
(block booking offer of £330 when booking 12 sessions)
